Donway Ford, part of AWIN’s automotive dealership network, is seeking an experienced Commercial Fleet Manager. This position supports the new car sales department by coordinating fleet deliveries, corporate account cars, and rental company needs. It combines operational planning with customer service and dealership administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Forecast monthly fleet, automobile, and truck deliveries
- Coordinate courtesy vehicle deliveries
- Monitor dealership payments for delivered fleets
- Track corporate and rental company amounts owing
- Support new car department activities as required

Requirements:

- Experience in automotive operations
- Knowledge of 180, ADP/CDK, Reynolds, or Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proven organizational skills and team guidance ability
- Valid OMVIC License and explicit Driver’s Abstract
