This permanent Monday-to-Friday position supports surface mining and exploration in Northeast British Columbia. You will refine exploration strategies, model structural geology, manage plans and budgets, and produce complete technical reports. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, safety adherence, and visualization of mine plans in three dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Refine exploration strategies by analyzing project results
- Model structural geology for geological interpretation
- Implement operational plans within budgets and schedules




- Maintain complete geological and technical documentation
- Follow workplace policies for risk identification and control

Requirements:

- Registered Geologist-in-Training and geology bachelor’s degree
- Preferred coal mining and British Columbia legislation knowledge
- Experience using GIS and mining software
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven safety record and strong analytical attention to detail
