Reporting to the Director, Culture & Talent, you will recruit for positions across EPIQ. The role combines sourcing, structured interviews, recruitment platforms, and hiring-manager partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

- Source qualified candidates through social media, job boards, and networking
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate skills and experience
- Coordinate recruitment cycles from postings through employee onboarding
- Define candidate profiles with hiring managers and staffing needs

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Four to seven years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency and recruitment platform experience
- Excellent French and English verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to candidate experience
