Shape workforce planning, recruitment, and staffing for support staff across Division schools as a Human Resources Supervisor. Advanced Excel supports informed reporting.
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, you will coordinate recruitment and selection, vacancy management, staffing projections, position requirements, and approved budget alignment. You will collaborate with Educational Support Services to recruit Educational Assistants and other educational support staff. The role also maintains substitute and casual lists, coordinates employee changes, and supports reports, policies, procedures, and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead support staff recruitment and selection with administrators
- Coordinate vacancy management, projections, requirements, and staffing plans
- Recruit Educational Assistants with Educational Support Services
- Maintain substitute and casual staffing lists and communications
- Coordinate transfers, layoffs, and workload reductions under agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
- Five to eight years of progressive HR experience
- Recruitment, staffing, and workforce planning experience
- Experience with attendance management and employee evaluations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
