The Project Manager leads projects while improving consistency across the Credit Union’s project pipeline and roadmap. This position guides internal and external partners on objectives, assumptions, resources, accountability, and delivery expectations. It also supports training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement through established methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Enterprise Intake meetings and maintain project pipeline visibility
- Update the corporate project roadmap with timely progress information
- Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and scorecards for leadership




- Deliver project management methodology training to groups and individuals
- Support community initiatives, conferences, and qualified meetings

Requirements:

- Completed bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related discipline
- At least five years of project management experience
- Project Management Office experience is ideally included
- Ability to lead, coach, and guide cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of change management practices and project methodologies
