Working within the Separation Science team, you will establish laboratory workflows and best practices for analytical development. The role supports monoclonal antibody CMC activities through release testing, product characterization, investigations, and regulatory documentation. You will evaluate technologies for improved throughput, precision, accuracy, capabilities, and quality. Collaboration, technical communication, and knowledge sharing are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish separation science laboratory workflows
- Create best practices for analytical development




- Evaluate technologies improving throughput and precision
- Support investigations with data and technical interpretation
- Publish technical reports supporting regulatory submissions

Requirements:

- Analytical method development experience with SEC and RP LC
- Hands on CE and icIEF experience
- Knowledge of CTA, IND, BLA, and IMPD filings
- Familiarity with electronic laboratory notebooks and data capture
- Experience guiding junior scientists in laboratory settings
