Associate Lawyer, Commercial Litigation Location: Toronto, Ontario (On-site) Our Client Our client is a leading full-service national law firm with an established presence in the Toronto market and a strong commercial litigation practice.

Responsibilities Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, construction disputes, and employment litigation. Work closely with experienced litigation partners and associates on complex matters. Draft pleadings, motions, factums, and other court documents, and conduct legal research.

Participate in discoveries, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings. Manage files with increasing autonomy and take ownership of matters appropriate to experience level. Contribute to case strategy and maintain robust client relationships.

Qualifications Approximately 3-4 years of post-call experience.



Strong experience in commercial litigation. Ability to manage files independently and take ownership of matters. Excellent drafting, advocacy, and legal research skills. Strong client management and interpersonal skills. Strong academic credentials. Genuine interest in building a long-term career in commercial litigation.
