Build xAPI-enabled learning experiences and analytics as a Learning Technology Specialist supporting effective, measurable learning. Work with contemporary learning ecosystems.

At CAE, this specialist designs, develops, integrates, and supports learning technology solutions. You will work with instructional designers, learning leaders, and subject matter experts. The focus includes learner engagement, performance, interoperability, and evidence-based improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design xAPI-enabled experiences, simulations, assessments, and performance tools
- Integrate xAPI tracking across learning content and platforms
- Define statements aligned with learning and business objectives




- Create dashboards reporting learner engagement and performance
- Configure LMS, LXP, and LRS integrations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, JSON, APIs, and data integration
- Knowledge of xAPI, cmi5, SCORM, LMS, LXP, and LRS
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and consulting skills
