As an IT Solutions and Presales Analyst, you translate complex requirements into documented solutions and practical recommendations. You will assess client environments, qualify opportunities, estimate effort and licensing, and help evolve standards, templates, and the service catalog. Transparent bilingual communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients and produce technical qualifications
- Evaluate constraints, dependencies, and risks across proposed solutions
- Estimate required effort, resources, equipment, and licenses
- Document solutions, standards, templates,

- Act as a trusted technical expert in client meetings

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of IT experience
- Strong analytical, structuring, and documentation abilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Collaborative, consultative, and structured mindset
- Presales, Microsoft certification, or Fortinet NSE certification is an asset
