As Director, Application, Data & Integration, you will mature software engineering practices and improve development productivity through automation and modern delivery methods. You will establish CI/CD, testing, release management, secure development, monitoring, and documentation standards. The remit also covers applications, integrations, data, analytics, and Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead adoption of AI-assisted development across engineering teams
- Establish CI/CD, environment, and release-management capabilities
- Strengthen automated testing, monitoring, and technical quality
- Embed application security throughout the development lifecycle




- Guide Dynamics 365 architecture, integration, and technical design

Requirements:
