Senior Recruiter at Valence, owning GTM and technical hiring through full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, and data-informed search management.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will manage a portfolio across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and technical teams. You will partner with hiring managers to define scope, build pipelines, and run structured interviews. The work includes offers, candidate communication, funnel tracking, Ashby management, and AI tool experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through signed offer
- Define role scope, level, and success criteria
- Build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and network mapping




- Coordinate structured interviews and interviewer alignment
- Track funnel metrics and maintain Ashby accuracy

Requirements:

- 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies
- GTM hiring experience and ideally technical recruiting exposure
- Solid sourcing instincts and an active professional network
- Experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS
