This 12-plus month contract supports a client through Lighthouse Technology Services, with potential extension. You will guide complex technology delivery using Agile and Scrum practices. The work connects business stakeholders, technical teams, and departments including billing, customer service, legal, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and prioritize backlogs by business value and customer impact
- Translate requirements into user stories and technical specifications
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and demonstrations
- Track dependencies, resolve conflicts, and communicate delivery trade-offs




- Validate acceptance criteria and report product metrics to leadership

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of Product Owner experience in complex technology environments
