This Senior IT Operations Analyst provides technical direction across switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, VPN, servers, hypervisors, storage, and data-centre services. You will coordinate operational priorities, significant changes, vendors, and infrastructure projects. The work also includes backup, replication, recovery readiness, cybersecurity, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead network design and resolve complex connectivity issues
- Define secure standards for routing, switching, segmentation, and firewalls
- Review infrastructure health, capacity, availability, and performance
- Coordinate upgrades, migrations,



refreshes, and resilience improvements
- Prepare technical plans, recovery documentation, and procurement recommendations

Requirements:

- Solid networking, firewalls, routing, VPN, and secure connectivity knowledge
- Enterprise server, virtualization, storage, backup, and recovery experience
- Ability to diagnose cross-platform issues using logs and diagnostic tools
- Minimum ten years of progressively responsible infrastructure experience
- ITIL knowledge or relevant technical certification
