You will provide patient counselling, administer injections and vaccines, dispense opioid agonist therapy, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver accurate, compassionate, proactive patient care
- Provide clinical assessment, medication management, and counselling




- Administer authorized injections and vaccines
- Dispense opioid agonist therapy through OAT practice
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

- BC Pharmacist License in good standing
- PharmD and successful completion of qualifying exams
- OAT training and dispensing experience
- Solid organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience in seniors’ care or addiction medicine is an asset
