Wage Rate: 45.00/Hour; Shift: DaysThe primary duties of the Millwright Level 3 (Licensed) are to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair various CNC and manual machinery and equipment throughout the plant and facilities. Tasks are completed independently and to prescribed timelines. The Millwright Level 3 also provides assistance, mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

- Ensure all spares, equipment, tooling, etc. within the department under your control are managed
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Perform repairs maintenance on equipment with attention to safety, quality, cost and timing
- Perform Preventative Maintenance (PMs) on all equipment and machines
- Operate and understand the Tycos Maintenance Database and Work Order system
- Maintenance of general plant systems and equipment
- Operate crane, fork truck and high reach equipment
- Robust knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics and their operation
- Repair various types of pumps and related valves
- Repair drive systems on machines such as ball screw, linear guide, belt or direct drive, etc., as well as screw and belt type conveyor systems
- Operate manual saws,



lathes and milling/drilling machines to manufacture, modify or repair components that may be required on machinery or in the plant
- Weld using oxy/acetylene, TIG and MIG
- Complete the maintenance and repair process(s) to specifications from vendor supplied schematics, data, drawings, prints, manuals and instructions with regards to hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanical components and operation; Acquire this information from source when not readily available
- Safely manufacture, modify or repair of components that may be required on machinery or in the plant
- Remove and replace various types of bearings and seals
- Rig and handle various sizes, shapes and weights of machinery and equipment
- Instruct both the theory and practical applications of the maintenance and repair processes and best practices to all members of the team respecting skill levels, with attention to safety, quality, cost and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Operate and instruct on the Tycos Maintenance Database and Work Order system
- Participate in the flow of information within the department
