Shape technical delivery for B+H Architects’ Healthcare team using BIM coordination and strong architectural documentation skills.

As an Intermediate Architect, you will help deliver complex healthcare and institutional projects within B+H’s multidisciplinary design environment. Your contribution will extend from design development to construction administration, supporting technical excellence and quality standards. The work includes consultant coordination, client liaison, project planning, and support for project managers and senior architects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver project work through design and construction phases
- Develop and coordinate technical architectural documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Support project planning,

Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Five or more years of architectural experience
- Healthcare, institutional, or complex building project experience preferred
- Revit proficiency and BIM-based delivery experience
- Robust written, verbal, organisational, and prioritisation skills
