Key Responsibilities:

- Support corporate and business strategy development
- Prepare presentations for executive leadership and the Board
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis

- Assist transaction due diligence and project management

Requirements:

- Degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field
- One or more years of relevant experience
- Corporate development, consulting, banking, or valuation experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Qualified designations such as CPA or CFA preferred
