Each project comes with its own requirements and operational challenges, calling for adaptability, collaboration, and practical problem-solving to keep production moving while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer commitments.
As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor in Brossard, you will be at the heart of this environment. You will lead production teams, coordinate resources and priorities, and work closely with teams across the plant to address challenges and keep operations running effectively. Your role will also go beyond day-to-day execution: you will contribute to continuous improvement by taking a critical look at processes and identifying practical ways to strengthen the performance of our production lines.

- Lead, support, and develop your production team by setting clear expectations, managing individual and team performance, addressing performance challenges, and recognizing opportunities for growth and development.
- Take ownership of your production line’s performance, maintaining a clear view of operational results, identifying issues and deviations, and taking action to keep production moving and meet delivery expectations.
- Navigate changing priorities and operational challenges, assessing issues as they arise, bringing the right people together, and ensuring they are addressed or escalated effectively.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Methods, Quality, Health & Safety,
and other teams across the plant to resolve production challenges and support the smooth execution of operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by taking a critical look at manufacturing processes, identifying practical opportunities to strengthen line performance, quality, and efficiency, and working with the appropriate teams to move improvements forward.
What you bring

- Comfort working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, where priorities and operational challenges can change and where adaptability and sound judgment are essential.
- Hands‑on exposure to continuous improvement, whether through Kaizen, Lean, process improvement, or initiatives focused on improving manufacturing performance.
- The ability to manage performance and non-performance constructively, understand the factors behind performance issues, and take appropriate action when needed.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with different functions,
raise the right issues, and involve the right partners to move them toward resolution.
