Support wireless and datacenter timing applications at SiTime as an Electrical Applications Engineer focused on PLL devices and customer debug.
This Applications Engineer partners directly with system architects, validation engineers, and the applications engineering team. Your work includes technical customer support, schematic reviews, data capture, and debugging. You will contribute to Recent Product Introduction collateral, including IBIS models, application notes, GUI requirements, and evaluation-board verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer technical questions and support debugging
- Review schematics and capture application data
- Contribute to IBIS models and application notes
- Verify evaluation-board designs and GUI requirements
- Use customized scripting for PLL optimization work
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Python scripting experience preferred
- Frequency-domain signal analysis knowledge
- Transmission-line effects and termination-scheme knowledge
- Oscilloscope, spectrum-analyzer, and function-generator experience
