This Administrator On-Site position provides organizational leadership during specific weekday and weekend hours. You will oversee clinical and non-clinical staff, coordinate resources, manage incidents, and support admissions, discharges, and transfers. The role requires collaboration with Bed Allocation, staff, and physicians to facilitate patient care across Oak Valley Health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide in office leadership during weekday and weekend hours
- Oversee staff and assign resources across organizational priorities
- Manage codes, emergencies, incidents, and difficult situations
- Coordinate admissions, discharges,



and transfers with Bed Allocation
- Chair weekend bed meetings and facilitate communication

Requirements:

- Current Registered Nurse registration with College of Nurses
- BScN required; master's degree preferred
- Three to five years recent managerial leadership experience
- Five years recent acute care hospital experience
- Critical thinking, conflict resolution, and communication skills
