Lead IFRS 15 revenue recognition and financial analysis as Controller supporting Harris Healthcare Group’s Business Units. Adaptable office, remote, or hybrid options are available.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Controller leads an existing finance team and oversees month, quarter, and year-end close. This position partners with senior management and operational leaders as a trusted business advisor. Core work includes software contract accounting, forecasting, reporting, controls, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review complex software contract revenue recognition under IFRS 15
- Analyze reconciliations and prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Assist business leaders with monthly forecasting activities
- Manage, coach, and mentor finance professionals
- Prepare audit requests and respond to audit queries
Requirements:
- Five or more years in public accounting or industry
- CPA designation
- Complex project or software accounting experience
- Experience applying IFRS requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
