Coordinate Microsoft programs at CDW by managing funding, milestones, reporting, and enablement across cross-functional teams. Travel may reach 50 percent.

The Customer Success Operations Specialist supports Microsoft programs from inception through implementation and ongoing execution. This position gathers updates on ECIF, workshops, FastTrack, MDF, MCI Deployment, and Adoption accelerators. You will coordinate CDW Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Microsoft, and Customer Success teams while supporting training, campaigns, customer documentation, and program performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Microsoft program milestones, KPIs, budgets, and deadlines
- Gather updates for funding programs and operational requirements
- Submit, track, and claim workshop and program funding




- Develop training, collateral, and customer-facing program documentation
- Report weekly, monthly, and annual Microsoft performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer field, or equivalent
- Three or more years delivering quality technology solutions
- Project management and cross-departmental engagement experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Incentive programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Copilot
