This hands-on Project Controls Specialist prepares performance summaries while supporting day-to-day cost and schedule control. You will update forecasts, measure progress, analyze variances, and contribute to earned value reporting. Collaboration spans project managers, cost analysts, schedulers, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost reports, schedule reports, dashboards, and summaries
- Update forecasts and schedule progress information
- Identify trends, deviations, and project performance concerns
- Support change assessment and corrective action planning
- Follow up on required stakeholder inputs
Requirements:
- Five or more years of project controls experience
- Experience with cost control or project performance reporting
- Hands-on knowledge of Primavera P6 and EcoSys
- Understanding of earned value and forecast accuracy
- Robust communication and analytical capabilities
