BrokerLink seeks a Branch Manager, Commercial Insurance, with insurance industry experience and a proven record of making things happen. You will motivate front-line employees, encourage learning, and collaborate to deliver customer service. The role oversees branch operations, performance objectives, staffing, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day team operations and branch administration
- Drive Commercial Insurance growth and profitability targets
- Monitor commission revenue, policy count, receivables, and expenses




- Coach direct reports and support continuous learning
- Develop succession plans for key positions

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education and five to eight years’ insurance experience
- At least three years of management experience preferred
- CIP, CRM, or CAIB designation preferred
- Knowledge of TAM and SAVERS brokerage management tools
- Solid communication, analytical, organizational, and people skills
