Based in British Columbia’s South Okanagan, the Retail & Experience Manager leads a broad destination-winery operation. You will connect retail, tasting room, tours, patios and event spaces with customer expectations and business objectives. Partner with the Estate Manager and cross-functional teams on experiences, group bookings, concerts and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop revenue strategies for wine, merchandise, tours and events
- Inspire consultative service that builds customer loyalty
- Plan and execute the Summer Concert Series
- Support off-site tastings and team-oriented promotional initiatives




- Manage budgets, labour costs and operating expenses

Requirements:

- Proven team management, coaching and performance leadership
- Understanding of service connections to business results
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Interest in wine and willingness to learn
