As Blue Box Performance Improvement Manager at Ryse Solutions, you will identify operational gaps and strengthen results from collection through final disposition. The role partners with the Common Collection System Operator or Administrator, municipalities, processors, haulers, and end-market partners. You will regularly engage facilities and operational locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review KPIs, dashboards, reports, and operational evidence
- Identify root causes and implement practical operational solutions
- Establish escalation, follow-up, and corrective-action processes
- Validate data, processes, chain of custody,



and final disposition
- Coach the Blue Box team and support accountable collaboration

Requirements:

- Degree or post-secondary education in a related discipline
- 10+ years in complex operational or recycling environments
- Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and Power BI experience preferred
- Ability to translate requirements into measurable standards
- Willingness to use approved artificial intelligence tools responsibly
