Lead manufacturing process optimization at IPEX’s Scarborough, Ontario plant using production analysis, lean manufacturing, and root cause analysis expertise.

The Process Manager ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective production processes. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role monitors performance, applies corrective actions, and advances plant goals. Collaboration spans Manufacturing Excellence, Set-Up, Maintenance, Production, Scheduling, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze cycle times, downtime, scrap, and operating performance
- Implement sustainable process improvements supporting plant objectives
- Manage equipment, tooling, facility resources, and manufacturing processes
- Develop and communicate performance metrics, reports, and presentations




- Lead setup and process teams toward production targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum three years’ progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building capabilities
