Develop embedded Linux networking software for Ribbon’s security products, working with C, container networking, and kernel internals.

This hands-on engineering role contributes to software deployed across public clouds, private clouds, dedicated servers, and custom hardware. You will design networking solutions, investigate customer issues, and collaborate with system-test teams on functionality and performance. Ribbon seeks a self-starter comfortable with global engineering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar field
- Five or more years in computer networking or communications
- Robust C foundation and embedded programming experience
- Exposure to Linux networking and kernel internals
- Experience with Kubernetes CNI, tunneling, or eBPF technologies
