CFHA Gagetown is seeking a Housing Projects and Maintenance Supervisor for its team of 20 full time employees. You will act as a subject matter expert for housing infrastructure services. The work combines technical leadership, stakeholder relationships, quality assurance, reporting, and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver technical housing services for infrastructure projects
- Resolve complex issues with service providers and partners
- Monitor technical standards, regulations, safety, and environmental policies
- Contribute technical advice to corporate processes and reporting




- Lead continuous improvement across services and procedures

Requirements:

- Secondary school diploma or acceptable combination of education and experience
- Experience determining residential or commercial maintenance requirements
- Experience overseeing property repair or construction work
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work
- Ability to lead and support a team
