As Assistant Store Manager, you will help build a collaborative, high-performance environment with the Store Manager. You will provide feedback, support recruiting and hiring strategies, and coordinate training across business, operations, sales, and service. You will also communicate Zwilling’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach staff and provide performance feedback
- Support recruiting, hiring, and succession planning
- Set team goals and employee accountability expectations
- Deliver training across store business areas
- Communicate Zwilling brand values and culture

Requirements:

- Previous management and leadership experience preferred
- Minimum two years of retail management experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems
- Flexibility for evenings and statutory holidays
