Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Sales And Distribution Order to Cash (SD-OTC) Consultant to join their project immediately on a long term contract. The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP SD-OTC experience as well as multiple end to end project implementations. This will be a fully work from home setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize SAP SD modules, including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management, to meet business requirements.
- Support end-to-end OTC implementations, from requirements gathering and blueprinting through configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Gather and analyze business requirements,



translating them into functional specifications and scalable SAP solutions.
- Integrate SD with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and PP to ensure seamless order-to-cash process flows.
- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting results and resolving defects prior to deployment.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting, resolving incidents related to pricing, order management, deliveries, and billing.
- Deliver end-user training and documentation, ensuring smooth adoption and knowledge transfer across business teams.
