As Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for outsourced Facilities Service Providers. You will guide service performance, regulatory compliance, capital planning, and occupant experience across BMO’s North American offices. The role advises senior leaders, manages escalations, and aligns Canadian and US practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee outsourced facilities service providers and contractual performance
- Lead North American service reviews and corrective action plans
- Approve operating, maintenance, and facilities capital plans
- Manage operational risks, incidents,



and emergency response escalations
- Drive consistent processes across the office portfolio

Requirements:

- 10+ years of progressive Facilities or Property Management leadership
- Experience managing operating and project budgets
- Experience managing service provider contracts preferred
- Knowledge of outsourcing governance and risk management
- Robust analytical, communication, influence, and collaboration skills
