Our client needs a Regional Manager in the Charlotte metro to own performance, culture, and patient experience across a growing clinic network. Compensation: Base:

$60,000-$80,000 base DOE + Bonus: $300 per clinic every 4 weeks (about $15,600/year across 4 clinics) + $4,000 signing bonus, paid in two installments + additional sales incentives

What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead operations and performance across four urgent care clinics
- Manage MAs, NPs, PAs,



and floaters, including scheduling, hiring, coaching, and terminations
- Control labor spend and supply inventory against budget
- Serve as the corporate presence enforcing policies and standards
- Solve staff issues and troubleshoot in real time
- Drive patient satisfaction and accountability
- Step in on short notice when a clinic needs backup

What You'll Need to Be Considered:

- RN with management experience, NP/PA with leadership experience, OR a Masters, healthcare administration, or multi-site management background
- Availability for calls during clinic hours, 7 days a week
- Comfort with heavy day travel and occasional overnights
- Steady composure when the curveballs come
