HR Transformation Business Analyst - Contract - 100% Remote

Here at Focus Cloud we are currently partnering with a large healthcare organization in Canada that is looking to bring on two HR Transformation Business Analysts to support a major Workday implementation and wider HR transformation program.

This is an prospect to help shape future HR processes and service delivery across a complex, multi-organization environment.

Role Overview:

- Lead business process analysis, workflow mapping and requirements gathering
- Facilitate workshops with HR, business and program stakeholders
- Support the design of HR service delivery models, service catalogs and operating processes
- Identify gaps, assess cross-functional impacts and develop recommendations
- Work closely with Workday teams to align business requirements with system capabilities
- Support testing, business validation and deployment readiness

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
- Experience working with Workday
- Strong experience in business process redesign, requirements management and workshop facilitation
- Knowledge of business architecture, HR service delivery and enterprise software implementations
- Proven skills in process mapping, SOP development and testing support
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to independently drive assigned work through to completion
