As a Health Navigator Assistant, you will support 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and families accessing health and social service programming. You will collaborate with the Health Navigator and Outreach & Communications Coordinator on inclusive community activities. This term position continues until March 31, 2028.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with individuals, leaders, and organizations
- Plan outreach activities, events, and educational workshops
- Teach HIV prevention, PrEP, STI prevention, and gender-affirming care
- Support clients within healthcare systems and social services




- Maintain confidential records and accurate client tracking information

Requirements:

- Two years of experience working with 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals
- Experience supporting people seeking gender-affirming care
- Documentation, data collection, and client tracking experience
- Robust written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
