Key Responsibilities:
- Manage banquet operations and maintain profitable service standards
- Coordinate event details and communicate with stakeholders
- Supervise, schedule, train, and develop banquet employees
- Maintain inventory, supplies, cleanliness,

- Monitor budgets, reporting, expenditures, and departmental revenue
Requirements:
- Minimum eight years combined hospitality experience
- Three to five years in a supervisory role
- Microsoft Office proficiency and high school diploma or GED
- AFST compliance and LGCA Smart Choices certification
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License
