The Accounts Payable Co-op provides Winter 2027 support for Lindt Canada's Finance team. From January through April, you will process invoice and expense activities while maintaining a small accounts payable portfolio. The work connects with Intercompany factories, Supply Planning, Packaging, and Accounts Payable colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process indirect expenses through Basware
- Match third-party invoices and supporting details in SAP
- Match intercompany invoices with receipts
- Attend to statement reconciliation and vendor inquiries
- Collaborate across Accounts Payable and partner teams

Requirements:

- Student in an accredited finance or accounting co-operative program
- Within six months of recently graduating
- Knowledge of accounting principles and foreign currencies
- Ability to multitask independently and collaboratively
- Accounts Payable experience considered an asset
