Location: AMC Insurance, 593 W 57th Ave, Vancouver (South Cambie / Oakridge area), on-site

Pay: $40,000 – $55,000 per year

Have your Level 1 licence and want steady, people-focused work in South Vancouver? Our W 57th Ave branch needs an Auto Insurance Advisor to help local drivers renew, insure new vehicles and update their policies.

Current Level 1 licence holders are welcome. We'll train you on ICBC PolicyCenter and you'll work beside experienced advisors.

A typical day

- Help walk-in and phone clients with ICBC Autoplan renewals, new plates, transfers and changes
- Explain coverage options in plain language and give accurate quotes
- Process transactions in ICBC PolicyCenter and our office systems
- Keep client files accurate and follow up when needed

What you need

- Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence
- ICBC Autoplan experience is an asset, not required
- Friendly customer service and clear English
- Careful with details, even on a busy day
- A second language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Korean or others) is a plus
