Lead automation and controls projects for Worley Consulting in Calgary, coordinating delivery, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
As a Project Manager II, you will lead digital projects across Canada, the United States, and LATAM. The work supports Oil & Gas, mining, and other resource sectors. You will manage project execution, governance, customer relationships, commercial risks, and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Execute project scope within approved budgets and schedules
Document change orders and secure customer approval
Coordinate project teams, mobilization, tools, and equipment
Mentor Project Engineers and junior team members
Support governance, process improvement, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Over eight years managing projects or advanced industrial automation
Degree in engineering, instrumentation and control, or automation
Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management
Robust commercial contracting and risk management experience
Willingness to travel approximately twenty-five percent
