This Supervisor Fleet Management role oversees garage operations within CN's Finance business unit. You will coordinate maintenance programs, monitor Fleetwave information, and schedule servicing to minimize fleet downtime. The position also manages supplier relationships, operating budgets, training needs, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule fleet maintenance to maximize equipment utilization
Coordinate repairs with customers, vendors, and garage personnel
Control parts inventory, supplier service levels, and labour costs
Review methods, standards, expenditures, forecasts, and corrective actions
Provide repair and maintenance training for workforce needs
Requirements
At least five years automotive or truck and coach repair experience
Skilled Education Diploma in automotive or truck and coach mechanics
Valid driver's license
Working knowledge of fleet requirements and stock inventory procedures
Ability to work nights, weekends, outdoors, and occasional travel
Support CN's fleet availability in Concord with maintenance scheduling, inventory oversight, supplier coordination, and automotive repair knowledge.
