What We're Looking For

- At least 6 months of experience in automotive sales or another commission-based sales environment
- Competitive, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing customer follow-up
- Valid VSA license or the ability to attain one within 2 months
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver abstract
- Excited to learn the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup and become a trusted product expert

Your Day-to-Day

- Become a trusted product expert on the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup, including vehicle features, technology, trim levels, packages, and available options
- Guide customers through the TAG sales experience with transparency, clear communication, and a genuine understanding of their needs
- Conduct needs-based consultations to understand customer goals, lifestyle, budget,



and vehicle preferences and recommend the right fit
- Confidently explain vehicle features, technology, protection products, and available add-ons in a way that is informative, engaging, and easy to understand
- Build trust and customer loyalty through strong product knowledge, proactive follow-up, and consistent communication
- Take ownership of the complete sales process from initial engagement through vehicle delivery
- Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, repeat customers, and consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to support accurate documentation, vehicle delivery, and a positive end-to-end customer experience
- Represent Abbotsford Chrysler and the TAG brand with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset while contributing to a high-performing sales culture
