We are looking for an experienced Pre-Owned Car Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond. This role is suited for someone who knows how to close deals, handle customers professionally, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Type: Full-time / Commission-based (pay based on experience)

Requirements

- Valid VSA Certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience in automotive sales (pre-owned preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage leads
- Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset

- Assist customers with vehicle selection and sales process
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Maintain strong product knowledge of inventory




- Close deals and meet sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sale
