Drive Service Excellence

Royal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our Fixed Operations team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Service Department, including customer satisfaction, technician productivity, team development, operational performance, and profitability.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all daily Service Department operations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and shop capacity to maximize performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Drive departmental sales, gross profit, and customer retention objectives.
- Recruit, train, and retain top-performing service personnel.
- Monitor departmental expenses, performance metrics, and financial results.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty requirements, and dealership policies.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment in accordance with OHSA and applicable regulations.
- Work closely with Parts, Sales, and Accounting departments to support dealership goals.

Qualifications
- Chrysler/Stellantis dealership experience is considered a strong asset.
- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive service management experience.
- Strong knowledge of dealership fixed operations and service department performance metrics.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.




- Strong understanding of service department financials and profitability.
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.

Compensation

$50,000 - $100,000+ annually

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
