Coltech is recruiting a Junior Change Analyst for a client's project environment. With at least two years of change management or project management experience, you will support business transformation projects. Work alongside an experienced Change Manager across assessments, planning, communications, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support organisational change initiatives across multiple projects
- Assist with stakeholder and change impact assessments
- Maintain change management plans and documentation
- Coordinate communications, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and change activities
Requirements:
- At least two years' change or project management experience
- Experience supporting organisational change initiatives
- Practical exposure to change planning and stakeholder engagement
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office
