We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Accounting or Bookkeeper professional for a collaborative accounting team. You will record transactions, prepare T1 personal income tax returns, and reconcile financial accounts. The work includes HST/GST filings and year-end engagement support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record and classify transactions in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Prepare T1 personal income tax returns
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
- Prepare HST/GST returns for CRA deadlines
- Support year-end working paper files and adjustments

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Three or more years of bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online and Desktop experience
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping principles knowledge
- Attention to detail across multiple deadlines
