Alliston at Home Inc. seeks an Intermediate Architectural Technologist for its Urban Design and Architecture team. The position covers residential design and drafting across single-family homes, townhomes, and similar multi-family projects. You will continue developing technical knowledge while reporting to the Manager of Urban Design and Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare preliminary and final residential working drawings
- Develop and review residential plot plans
- Apply municipal bylaws, building codes, and energy requirements
- Assist with building permit applications and related processes




- Coordinate drafting requirements throughout project lifecycles

Requirements:

- Minimum three years residential drafting and design experience
- Experience with single-family, townhouse, or multi-family projects
- Minimum three years of AutoCAD experience
- Knowledge of residential construction drawings and drafting practices
- Familiarity with municipal bylaws, building codes, and energy codes
