Support everyday banking clients as a Client Engagement Associate in Lacombe, using financial products knowledge and digital banking skills. This is an in office, 15-hour weekly position.
As part of CIBC's Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support clients in a Banking Centre. You will answer questions, complete transactions, explain digital banking options, and connect clients with appropriate solutions. The position also includes basic banking product sales and specialist referrals.
