CarePartners is seeking RNs and RPNs for a part-time position in Kincardine and surrounding areas. Community nurses work across homes, clinics, schools, and retirement homes. The schedule runs from 8 am to 8 pm within a two-week rotation, including weekends, weekdays, and on-call work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work independently or with Ontario Health atHome
- Maintain effective Community Health Services care plans
- Provide exceptional nursing services to patients

Requirements:

- RN or RPN degree or diploma
- CNO registration in good standing
- Strong commitment to improving patient lives
