Lids Sports Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help deliver fan-driven retail experiences across its licensed sports stores. You will execute selling strategies, maintain visual standards, manage inventory processes, and support associates through training and follow-up. Strong communication and independent judgment are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead selling strategies to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Offer customers expertise on Lids products and services
- Maintain visual guidelines, signage, merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Manage receiving, transfers, price changes,
and product counts
- Organize backroom products and supplies for efficiency
Requirements:
- Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
- Strong interpersonal skills and qualified verbal communication
- Ability to work independently without supervision
