This Facilities Maintenance Technician role supports the physical integrity of lululemon's distribution center property. You will partner with the Facilities Supervisor to maintain equipment, grounds, and a sanitary workplace while responding to emergencies. Shifts may include Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, with possible peak-season adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the supervisor on scheduled preventative maintenance
- Complete monthly safety inspections and address emergency situations
- Maintain clean building perimeters and grounds daily




- Install material handling equipment and associated components
- Track maintenance activities through the computerized management system

Requirements:

- Three or more years in facilities, manufacturing, or contracting work
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting
- Basic computer and Microsoft Outlook proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and after-hours requirements
